Why This Property?

Because I grew up very close to the beach and I absolutely love the idea of living by the beach. This condo is located close to my hometown and also to very nice beaches.

Unique Benefits

You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets either at the pool or relaxing by the wooden deck right next to it. My place is also located just a couple of minutes from Montañita, a town with an amazing nightlife--yet it's in a quiet and family-friendly area.
