We have used Conger for 4 years and couldn't be happier. The places are clean, the sheets and blankets are soft (not old and hard as a board), and the overall experience was fantastic. The app makes it really easy to communicate with Conger as well.
Our stay was excellent!! From the initial phone call with Angela F. all the way to the end of our stay I had nothing but 5 star service and a wonderful experience! Angela was great to work with and made sure from start to finish that I had everything I needed. I had 1 request when I arrived on the property, which was over the weekend. I contacted the guest relations telephone number and within 10 minutes a member of maintenance personnel was at the property to fulfill my request within 5 minutes. The maintenance personnel member was very personable and professional and greeted everyone with a smile. 15 minutes total to completion is superb!! This is faster service than what I have received at 5 star hotel/resorts in the past. The property is beautiful inside and out!! I had 16 guest (all extended family & family friends) in addition to myself and my husband stay for a couples retreat and celebrating several people's birthdays and 2 couples anniversaries. Not ONE person had a complaint, in fact EVERY person left saying they wanted to come back!! Many will be booking stays with their more immediate family members and for future group trips. I will have the luxury of coming back 4 times this year alone from attending those planned events from other members of my family. We all decided to make this a annual family tradition so we will definitely be back at minimum once a year!! I can't express enough just how great of a stay we experienced. 5+ stars, kudos to the Conger Collection and all of the supporting teams!!! Thank you for everything!!
