Cleaning fee is $250 for Coachella and Stagecoach. Deposit will be $799.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Coachella and Stagecoach weekends, cancellations must occur 60 in advance to receive a full refund. No refund after 60 days unless the weekend is rented to someone else, then you'll get a full refund less a $200 handling fee.
