About Karen
We live in the city of Moorpark, a suburb in Ventura County, California. We have 3 children, 2 attending college and one in high school.
Why This Property?
We chose this condominium for its easy access from our previous home in Golden. Our 3 kids loved to ski in winter/ hike & mountain bike the summer and use the pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.
Unique Benefits
Our bright 2nd floor end unit condo is located 2 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort with all the amenities of home. Free ski shuttle bus picks you in front of the condo. Our condominium is one of the few complexes that have an indoor pool and hot tubs. Shopping, nightlife and dining are a short walking distance from the unit. Great wooded views from the back deck.

The location was perfect! The condo was the perfect size for our family and the kitchen was nice and big! I really liked the layout of the bathroom and the second room with the queen bed and twin bed In the same room.

We used Karen's place as our base camp for 3 days of snowboarding at Winter Park. The location, amenities & value were great!

We stay here regularly. The condo is perfect for a family. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils. There is a convenient free shuttle to the mountain base that leaves right from the parking lot. You also have access to the Beaver Creek Clubhouse's pool and jacuzzi. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Perfect location - 2 miles from the resort with free bus pickup right in front of condo. Very nice condo - clean, updated, and well kept. Also close to the city with lots to do. Would stay again for sure!

Condo was great

Condo was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, both are in nice shape. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and living space was comfortable, and a great space to relax after skiing all day. We also went to the clubhouse to take advantage of the heated pool and hot tubs, lots of fun! The Winter Park shuttle and the Beaver Village condo shuttle both stop a few feet away from the condo, and it's a 15 minute ride to the mountain, very easy. Over the weekend, they ran every half hour. Great condo, owner Karen was easy to work with. Highly recommend, would stay here again!
