Cancellation & Refund Policy
โข Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start of their stay will forfeit entire reservation amount.

Guest will be given current keys, codes and parking assignment upon check-in. Contact management with all questions and concerns prior to or during your stay at 602-216-2152. If checking out before the specified date Guest agrees to inform management immediately, and not to provide access or entry code to any unauthorized persons in their absence without management's prior knowledge and approval.
LOSS/DAMAGE: Guest understands and agrees to report any loss or damage to property or contents promptly, and that management has the right to withhold any such losses for which Guest is liable from the damage deposit amount or otherwise hold Guest responsible for compensation or reimbursement.
Guests must observe posted community rules and may be asked to sign a separate rental agreement upon booking. Due to the sensitivity of some frequent guests pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or balcony only.
DISCLAIMER: Guest will not be compensated due to conditions beyond management control such as inclement weather, travel & transportation issues, unavoidable service outages or community repairs resulting in daytime construction noise, pool closures or other third-party inconveniences.
As this is a short-term rental to be used in much the same manner as a hotel, the property is rented โas isโ and Guest is prohibited from, and agrees not to, redecorate or refurnish by moving any decor off the walls or relocating furniture off the premises, nor to move their own furniture or decor into the premises as replacement. Indoor furniture and decor may not be kept outdoors, nor vice versa. Guest will be subject to a $10-$50 per-item charge if they violate these rules, to be withheld from their security deposit or charged to their card on file.
