The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 45 days before check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 50% of grand total of the quote is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. The Balance [plus a refundable damage deposit of $300.00], must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 30 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. A cancellation request made up to 45 days of your arrival date will result in an 80% refund of your total deposit (deposit constituting 50% of the total rent due) and the remaining 20% will be retained by BVI Sotheby's International Realty.
For cancellations within 45 days of your arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (whichever has been received) is forfeited. Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to rebook the villa to another guest and 80% of your rental fee will be returned to you for the nights re-booked. In some cases, at the owner's discretion you may allowed to rebook the villa at a later date without penalty to you.
All changes must be submitted in writing. No-shows, late arrivals, a reduction in number of guests within 45 days of your arrival, and early departures are non-refundable. Refunds may not be granted unless there is a serious issue which cannot be resolved within 24 hours.
Damage deposits are fully refundable within 45 to 60 days of guests’ departure, providing there is no damage, breakage, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the villas telephone and no other outstanding charges. All damage and breakages must be reported to agent by end of rental and costs for damage, breakage missing items, additional cleaning, excessive utilities, where there is no damage deposit will be listed and charged to guests’ credit card. All normal utilities (except for long-distance phone calls or careless of extremely excessive use of your villa’s water supply) are included in your rental price.

The View is a captivating 2 bedroom villa in the British Virgin Islands with its own private driveway and entrance, very reserved setting! There are 2 fine-looking bedroom suites, one has its own kitchen and outdoor BBQ alfresco dining. The other bedroom suite is in the Penthouse, with its high vaulted ceiling space and spectacular views out to the nearby islands.

The View is within the wonderful Long Bay Village and is a great place to vacation. The scenery from The View towards neighbouring islands are stunning, you look over - Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay and Long Bay Beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk.

The View can be rented as the entire villa, or the Garden Suite only. Enjoy the villa with your family or with a group of friends, in fact if you have a larger party, why not take Seabreeze villa which is nearby and makes a good base for everyone to party from!

Alfresco dining in the Garden Suite outdoor deck is magical by night, with its own tropical gardens this creates a great ambiance to enjoy socialising and take in the trade winds coming from the shoreline. Both bedroom suites are fully air-conditioned with king size beds for you relax and experience. Both have private facilities.

The Garden Suite has the living room with open plan kitchen, outside deck with BBQ, dining for 6 with superb sea views. There is a large set of sliding doors which open out onto the deck.

The Penthouse is roomy with a high vaulted ceiling which gives you an airy feeling. There is an open-air balcony to enjoy breakfast and the early morning sunshine. It also provides the ideal setting for a romantic cocktail or glass of bubbly with someone special!

Long Bay Beach is just a couple of minutes away, with lovely views, white sandy beach, plenty of beach chairs to chill out on. Why not watch the Pelicans fish all day! The mile long beach is a great place to walk, sit or read a book. Plenty of palm tree’s if you want to get out of the sun.

Tortola has many excellent restaurants dotted around the island and there are 2 within walking distance of The View. You can also enjoy sailing, scuba dive or take a variety of day trips either by boat or ferry to other British Virgin Islands. Surfing is awesome at Apple Bay Beach and fantastic snorkeling can be found at Smuggler’s Cove, which is in the next bay.
