Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental house in Long Pond.
Newly renovated, comfortable, and specious home that can entertain groups of 10 and/or families with kids! House is 7 minutes away from newly built indoor water park Kalahari, and 15 minutes away from Camelbeach perfect for groups wanting to get away for the weekend! The top level features 3 bedrooms with queen, full sized beds, and a kids room with bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils for cooking and eating. A very nice sized living room with a large flat screen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix for our guests! Downstairs you will find a big room with two sleeper sofas that pull out to a full sized bed with a flat screen TV. The room downstairs has a pool table which also converts to a ping pong table. Off the kitchen you will find a deck, great for barbequing and relaxing with family and friends. The deck overlooks a large 1/2 acre yard. Yard is great for kids to run around and play. Home is part of Emerald Lakes association. Community has several lakes, outdoor pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. Club house features a bar/restaurant, and indoor heated pool. Additional fee required for these amenities. Flexible check in and out times free of charge (if no one checks out on the day you arrive and no one checks in on the day you leave).
