We have included a hi-def flat-screen TV with cable programming and anXBox game console in the living room, as well as a TV in the Master bedroom for those occasional rainy days. The large formal dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen allow the whole gang to sit down to meals together.
A natural gas log set in the fireplace takes the chill off a cool evening, and central A/C is available for those more humid days in July and August - but most of the time you will want the windows open to enjoy the plentiful sea breezes! Better yet - enjoy the breezes from the large front porch and balcony!!!

Why This Property?
We are just a block from the beach - facing due south - and enjoy lots of sun and wonderful breezes most of the time. A lousy day at the beach is still far better than a good day at 'home'!
