There is a screened-in room with a hanging bed to be able to enjoy the outside. There is a 3 night minimum stay with a charge of $500.00 plus cleaning fee and security deposit. If bringing a pet there would be a pet fee of $100.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for an approved second pet.

Deposit Requirements
When booking is confirmed a deposit of half down will be needed ( unless booking is within a week prior to arrival at which point the full amount would need to be paid ). Balance would be due one week prior to arrival.
Cancellation is only accepted 20 days prior to arrival and will have a $30 processing fee.

About Carol
We have lived in this area 30+ years. Our property is very enjoyable and private. You may enjoy watching the deer wander through and meet our miniature donkeys, Bubba & Betsy. There are also chickens to enjoy watching as they roam free. Centrally located in Lancaster County. Why This Property?
We are located within 2 hrs. of Philadelphia and Baltimore. Only 2 1/2 hrs. from Washington DC and a 3hr. train ride to New York City. So if you want to see major attractions you may do so or stay locally and experience the Amish, Gettysburg, Hershey, and many other fun things.

All of the comforts of home are provided and you will feel that way. We are always available for any information you would need and really enjoy having you stay. Enjoy rocking on the front porch or having meals in the screened-in room. You may also enjoy sleeping in that screened-in room on the hanging bed, but be ready for the rooster in the morning.
