In 1999, we wanted a warm weather home and everyone told us Fountain Hills was THE spot in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We spent a week looking around the metro area without limits...drove over 1000 miles and looked at many houses and areas, yet we always were drawn back to Fountain Hills. Enjoy the ease and economy of flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and your short drive northeast up the Beeline Highway to our beautiful retreat. Located on a private, yet convenient cul-de-sac, just minutes from Mayo Clinic, Ft. McDowell and some of Arizona’s premier golf courses and shopping/dining experiences, the contemporary, open floor plan with high ceilings provides the perfect spot to sit by the Mini-Pebble heated pool or entertain friends with the 60” Plasma TV and wet bar or the 65” DLP TV and Brunswick pool table. Gather around the high-top table to enjoy a game of cards, or relax with a movie from our large DVD library. For the music enthusiasts, enjoy our vast CD collection or better yet, if there’s a pianist in the group, let them serenade you on the beautiful ivory baby grand piano. Enjoy the beautiful summer nights on the 600+ square feet of covered patio or sit in the spacious Spa and make a wish on the beautiful starry skies above Fountain Hills, a wonderful community centered around its world famous fountain, where street lights are the exception and quiet relaxation is the rule.

The three bedroom, split floor plan features an oriental master suite with a reading corner where you can get lost in your favorite book , or simply enjoy the view out the window overlooking our large desert lot and the 10th green of the beautiful Desert Canyon Golf Course. Walk out the slider and take a dip in the pool, then return to the fabulous master bath, complete with a custom copper jetted tub, double vanity and Rain Forest Marble/Glass shower with Grohe double shower head.

Awake from a peaceful night’s sleep on the designer King bed in the second bedroom, and walk out your slider to enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio, watching the sunrise over the Superstition Mountains. Or collapse in the third bedroom onto the Italian leather contemporary King bed.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen complete with premium appliances, custom cabinetry and exquisite Verde Bamboo slab granite countertops with full backsplash. Sit at the large island and “supervise” the cook, or make your own ice cream with the built-in fabulous Bosch Kitchen Machine.
