Discover paradise in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the canal with electric heated pool and southwest facing lanai in Rotonda West, Florida!

This bright and lovely home, located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Pinehurst, will comfortably accommodate up to 6 - 7 individuals, and is just minutes to championship golf, world-class fishing, shopping, and the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of storage with dual closets, a 40" flat screen satellite TV, and en-suite master bath with dual sink vanities, deep soaking tub, and large step-in shower. A sliding glass door leads from the bedroom directly to the screened lanai/pool area.

The split bedroom floor plan of this home places the kitchen, living and dining areas between the Master Suite and the other two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, large closet and a 24" flat screen TV with satellite. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with a large closet, and a 24" flat screen TV with satellite. A second bath with tub/tiled shower and single sink vanity adjoins bedrooms 2 and 3.

There is a separate dining area with dinette set that comfortably seats 6 people. The dining area overlooks the pool/lanai through wide aquarium style windows that lend to the illusion of being seated in the pool area. A small breakfast bar built into the upper kitchen counter seats two people.

The kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with in-door filtered water/ice dispenser, 4 burner electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and small appliances commonplace to most homes (coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender). Dishes, drinkware, cookware, flatware and utensil are also provided, as well as kitchen linens.

The great room area is separated into a living room and smaller office nook. The living room area has a 48" HD satellite television with DVD player and a small collection of movies. The sofa and love seat provide comfortable seating and a wall of sliding glass doors fully opens to the screened lanai, adding to a true tropical feel. The office nook area contains a reading chair and ottoman, desk/chair, and bookcase with small library of books, puzzles, and board games. There is also a wireless printer. We are pleased to offer wireless internet, and DirecTV as the satellite service provider.

On the lanai, our 12' X 26' pool is heated to a comfortable 86 degrees between November 1st and April 30th. There is a solar cover with reel for covering the pool when it is not in use. A child safety fence is available for the pool area and will be installed upon request.
On the lanai you will also find a patio table with seating for 6, an outdoor shower, a half-bath with toilet and sink, two loungers, and several additional patio chairs. A new Weber LP gas BBQ grill sits just inside the pool cage.

The residence contains a separate interior laundry area with washer, dryer, utility sink, ironing board, iron, hamper and laundry baskets. In the garage you will find beach chairs, lounge cushions, collapsible patio tables and chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, pool floats and beach toys. There are also 5 bicycles available for your use (4 adult and 1 youth).

All bedding, linens and towels are provided, including beach and pool towels.
