4) When the air-conditiong systems are cooling our home for your comfort, please close all the doors and windows.
Please note:
If this happens your ability to cool our home will not be an option for several days untill the "block of ice" thaws.
If you are enjoying a warm heated house, please all close doors and windows because Florida is warm enough and we don't need to heat it further : )
5) Please don't leave wet towels on our furniture, put all wet towels in the laundry hampers that we have provided for that purpose in each closet.
7) If you leave behind some belongings, we are happy to return them to you, please post a self addressed labled package large enough to fit your belongings into.
8) Please use the black make-up towels provided to remove make up.
9) We have provided pool towels and beach towels for you to use at the beach and pool, please do not use our soft white towels at the beach or the pool.
10) Trash nights are on Sunday night the Green General Trash Bin goes to the curb for a Monday pick up, on Wednesday the Green General Trash Bin and the Yellow Lid Recycle Bins are to be place at the curb for a Thursday pick up.
11) Please do not use strong hair dyes in our bathrooms
12) Pleas do not flush anything other than toilet paper down our toilets.

The interior of our home has been a “labor of love” Craig and I have been inspired by nature and Frank Lloyd Wright, as a result the interior of our home reflects the architecture, ideology and style of Frank Lloyd Wright.
The interior of our home has been created with unity and balance, designing every detail of the home as a whole. Our home has character, and in the words of Frank Lloyd Wright, “A house with character will grow more valuable than one that is merely in fashion.”
Many different types of wood have been used and the wood has manipulated in a variety of ways. The timbers used have been bent, soaked, shaped, steamed, cut and joined. By using wood many of the unusual features have a geometric natural form and a harmonious function.
The house has space within that is lived in and is not just walls and ceilings.
Frank Lloyd Wright’s Architecture was rooted in nature, Frank Lloyd Wright called his style organic. At the heart of his work was simplicity, harmony, unity and integrity.
Frank Lloyd Wright threw out our “box like” room concepts, replacing them with interesting fluid curves, both convex and concave. Frank Lloyd Wright forever changed the idea of what a house could be.
