Hi, We are new to Home Escape, but not new to renting our condo, We are friendly,ethical, and easy to deal with. We take excellent care of the condo and do all change overs ourselves since it is the only way to ensure the condo is perfect for each new arrival.

Its direct beach front location with 180 degree panoramic view of the south Jersey coast can not be beat. We also own a second condo at this same location.

My husband and I came to a Ocean City for a relaxing getaway as well as a time to visit extended family. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the sea shore! We were amazed at how efficient the space was. It felt so much bigger than the advertised size! The pictures are accurate - it's decorated beautifully and lacks for nothing! Anne, the owner, was so helpful and welcoming!

My husband and I just spent the week (Sept. 19-26) at Anne and Bob's condo.....Oh, my, gosh! What a fantastic experience! We had the most relaxing time there. The condo has everything you need. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean and people watching. The pictures and the description of the condo are exactly what it is...beautiful and wonderful.....and immaculately clean! Actually, I'm sorry we didn't look into purchasing a condo here when they were building it. Anyway, this condo is a top-notch, first-class, cream-of-the-crop place to stay in Ocean City NJ. This has to be one of the best condos to rent in Ocean City.....if you stay here, you won't want to leave! And, thanks, Anne and Bob, for the welcome bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again and again.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. It has a great location on the boardwalk, just above the action. You can go and visit shops and restaurants with ease and then come back to the quiet location and enjoy the waves on the private balcony with hot tub. Nice and quiet for sleeping, then wake up to the sunrise. It also has a beautifully pleasant decor, so if you catch a rainy day, you don't mind hanging on the comfy sofa watching some TV. I'll definitely be back again soon.

We had a terrific time staying in Anne's and Bob's condo during the last week of June 2015. It's a perfect spot and so convenient to everything you want to do in OC. The condo was clean and had everything we needed; and we appreciated having the wireless connection. This second floor condo provides a great view of the ocean and the deck is nice for enjoying morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The hot tub on the deck was a nice feature. Anne and Bob were easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it; we look forward to staying again!
