313 Ocean One
Date of Stay: November 27th , 2019

We rented 313 at Ocean One over Thanksgiving week as part of a larger family gathering (partner and I stayed in 313 with her parents, and her brothers each rented sep. condos for themselves and their kids). Just a fantastic space โ€“ I particularly appreciated a) that there were two king-sized beds since we were two adult couples and b) the view. Holy cow, the view is amazing โ€“ unobstructed views of the ocean, the beach and the pool (which I care less about, but if it had been warmer and we had kids to keep tabs on I could see that being useful). Excellent location right next to Coligny; the condo and the building are both very clean and well-maintained; and there is lots of storage in the condo โ€“ plenty of room for your clothes and any food or pantry and other supplies you need to bring/buy. Chuck was very responsive when we had questions, and the info he sent beforehand was clear and comprehensive. Would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend to friends.

The condos at The Breakers in Coligny are always are go to stay for Hilton Head vacations. Chuck was great and checked in on us.

We stayed very comfortably at Breakers in 2013 and it is why we returned in 2019 renting from two different owners each time. Both stays were very satisfactory. Breakers is set in a great vacation location. Units at Breakers are truly walking distance to many restaurants and shops all in a lovely area ideal for strolls along the beach and around the local area. We didn't get to rent bikes, but saw many people who did and we would like to do that if we are blessed to return in the future! Chuck was who we rented unit 115 from this time around. He is very accessible by phone, email or text - responding promptly to any concerns or questions. We definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay right on the beach in Hilton Head Island, as we would definitely hope to return one day!
