Paradise Gardens is located on the bridge less barrier island of North Captiva on the Gulf of Mexico. It is a 20 minute boat ride from the mainland aboard Island Girl Charters or private charter. The boat ride is one of the best parts of island life!

Our home is nestled into beautiful tropical gardens on a double lot offering tons of privacy. It is just a short stroll to a direct access beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The whit sandy beach stretches over 3 miles offering long walks and great shelling. There is something spectacular about a North Captiva sunset that feeds your soul. If you prefer a sunrise head over to the east end beach. No cars, no traffic lights and no paved roads just barefoot carefree living! Golf carts, bikes and feet are our modes of transportation.
Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico offer world class fishing. You can book a charter with my caretaker Captain Richie Price or fish from shore.
Nearly two thirds of the islands 700 acres is a protected state preserve and wildlife sanctuary. You are likely to see manatees, gopher tortoise, and bald eagles. If you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of the elusive Florida bobcat! We are home to over 100 species of migratory birds and NO venomous snakes!
Our home is open concept with a great room that opens onto a lanai with comfortable seating.
The well appointed home has everything you need to enjoy your paradise vacation, including a 4 seater golf cart and bicycles. You can even have your groceries bought and delivered by my caretakers Paula and Richie Price.
Enjoy the serenity of the courtyard pool with the sound of a waterfall flowing in the background. Relax around the tiki bar in the open air living area beneath the house. Take in the panoramic views from the crows nest atop the house. There is room to spread out in this island home.
Pack some shorts and bathing suits.....everything is casual.

5. A maximum of two dogs are permitted only with prior approval and the PET ADDENDUM must be agreed to by the Guest

IT WILL CLOG UP IF IMPROPER MATERIAL IS FLUSHED. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. DO NOT USE SINKS OR SHOWERS FOR WASHING SHELLS.
7. IF THERE IS A STORM OR HURRICANE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS....
*State or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the storm area of the residence.
*we will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered starting the date the mandatory evacuation order is issued.
*Any advanced rents from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the warnings are lifted.
8. A four seater golf cart is included in the rental. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE GOLFCART. Guest is responsible for any damages to the golf cart.
