Our villa is owner-operated as we take great pleasure in offering our home to you for your vacation. A relaxing, quiet place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Virgin Islands! We provide our guests with a welcome package including a list of our favorite things to do (Help us add to the list by providing us with your favorites), helpful hints and directions, allowing you the freedom to explore all the islands have to offer at your own pace. The only way to truly see and explore is to rent a car! Pack up the cooler, the beach chairs and the snorkel gear and take them with you while exploring St. Thomas or take the car ferry to St. John for the day, stopping at all the beautiful beaches our islands offer.
Special rates! Our villa is the Perfect size for couples or couples with small children! We have completely remodeled our condo with new floors and granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bath. New AC and New Stove. New Smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix or Hulu shows (from your own subscription). New Mattresses with an additional memory foam topper for both the Bed and the Sleeper Sofa.
Check out Point Wellness Spa located on the Hilltop! Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga, Massages and much more.
Enjoy food and drinks at Shoreline Bar & Grille right on the Water! Fun Atmosphere with good food, good drinks and Amazing Views! Very short walk from the condo and open all day!

Point Pleasant has 3 pools located throughout the property with amazing views everywhere you turn. A nature trail takes you to a beautiful gazebo with views to St. John and the BVIs; a different path will lead you down to a secluded little “postcard” of a beach. This is one of our favorite places to watch the sunrise. 24-hour security. The villa is cleaned before and after your stay but for a small additional fee can be freshened up for you as needed.

Beach chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear are provided for your use and enjoyment in the condo.

Coki Beach is a short drive (or a short walk) and has some of the best snorkeling with its crystal clear blue water. Dive lessons and equipment are available right on Coki Beach. You can see many varieties of coral as well as turtles and many types of tropical fish. Coral World is right next to Coki, where you can even explore underwater without getting wet!.
Beautiful Lindquist Beach (Smith Bay Park) is a 2 minute drive down the road and the Point Pleasant owners’ favorite beach to relax. Bring the beach chairs provided for you, a cooler (also provided) stocked with lunch and libations and relax, swim, snorkel or even nap. Plenty of sun or shade can be found at Picturesque Lindquist Beach. You might even recognize Lindquist from a couple of famous commercials!
World Famous Magens Bay is a short 10 minute drive away offering calm waters, Paddle Board Rentals, snack bar, beach boutique, and relaxing in the Sun or Shade. Family oriented.
If your into Dining and/or Nightlife there are many options available. Shoreline Bar & Grille right at Point Pleasant overlooking the water. Or drive to Red Hook; just a 5 minute car ride away where you will find many bars and restaurants including our favorites, Island Time Pub (with great Pizza) and Tap & Still for Yummy Burgers and Fries. A romantic dinner can be had at XO Bistro or Pesce both right in Red Hook. Sushi? Try Raw for Sushi. Stop at "Off The Grid" for lunch for fresh BBQ, located at Tillett Gardens! Several Shops have handmade Local VI made items! Had a long day at the beach? Stay in and cook in our full kitchen. Don't want to go grocery shopping? Let us do it for you! Before your stay, provide us with a list and we will be happy to stock the fridge for you.

Take the car ferry to St. John packed with your beach supplies and spend the day exploring and enjoying the beautiful beaches of St. John.

The Virgin Islands is now our home. We love exploring and enjoying the beautiful beaches of all the Islands. After traveling the world as Military Brats, we finally found a place that we can call our home and we love that we get to share it with others.

Why This Property?
We purchased the condo for our personal enjoyment but wanted to share with others as we love it so much. We ended up buying another one for us to live in! We get the best of both worlds, being at home and being on vacation at the same time! Point Pleasant provides us with a quiet place to relax away from our busy schedules and is the perfect place to unwind.

he best feature of our experience was the extremely friendly and helpful condo owners. They were readily available when needed to help when we had questions about the island and even went out of the way to let us know about a festival that was going on one day on the island so that we didn't happen upon it by chance and be stuck in traffic, disrupting other plans. The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom had a sulfur odor at times, which I assume was related to the treatment of the water. Otherwise, the condo was very well stocked with necessities in case we forgot anything, the view was great, the proximity to the pool was perfect, and all in all our choice to utilize this place really enhanced our experience on St. Thomas!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tortuga Del Mar. Owners were vey helpful with great communication, directions, locale information, and speedy responses to requests. The unit is very comfortable, very well stocked, and has an awesome view. Point Pleasant was as nice resort and with our 4 night, 5day stay we were not able to take advantage of everything it had to offer. We did, however, frequent the resorts Shoreline restaurant and, although quaint and small, it was likely our favorite restaurant on the island. Margaretville is just next door and easily reached by a nice walk on the beach. The resort is about an 5 minute drive from Redhook where you can ferry (car or person) to St John. Do not miss St John, we changed our plans and went twice. The Jeep book about day trips to St John, although a bit dated, was extremely helpful and is in the condo. There was lots of extras that came with this unit, I would not think twice of booking with them again when we return, and we would recommend them to our friends. It was evident they cared and wanted those who stayed in their home to be welcomed.
