Our home is the largest of all the town homes with over 2000 sq. ft. of living space including 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a large 2nd floor balcony.
Paseo residents have access to Lee County’s finest amenities. Paseo won its 9th consecutive Community of the Year Award from the Lee Building Industry Association, as well as several Pinnacle Awards for residential design and amenities.
The Paseo Village Center includes a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a business center and library, as well as spa services and a 90-seat theater with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
The free-form pool has earned a Pinnacle Award for Best Pool Design. It includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground.
The Sports center includes six Hydro-Grid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Three additional pool complexes are also open in the townhome courtyards. There is also a Lifestyle Park with four chickee huts, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, grilling areas, a children’s grass play area and two pickle ball courts. The park is open to all Paseo residents. It joins a lakefront park with a chickee hut, comfortable seating and hammocks on the west side of Paseo.
Wireless, high-speed internet and HD cable TV are provided in our home. No need for keys as our front door is equipped with a wireless deadbolt so all you have to do is enter your code. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Smart TV/Roku- no need to rent videos. Log into your own account - Netflix, Crackle, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu. Access your Amazon Cloud Player music or Pandora using our SONOS Music System or just use the SONOS to play from your iPhone.
Also included is just about any appliance or kitchen gadget you will ever need. Besides the regular items (toaster, blender, etc...) also included are Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, juicer and toaster oven.
All towels, sheets, and pillows, etc. are provided and of excellent quality. All mattresses are encased in dust mite/bed bug proof coverings and are allergy sensitive. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry closet on the second floor, near the bedrooms for easy access.
This home is equipped with many board games for use during any 'down time' you may have.
Area
Paseo is located in the desirable Daniels Corridor, tucked away among the natural environment of Six Mile Cypress Slough, yet moments from shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in the most sought-after area of Fort Myers. The closest shopping centers are the Gulf Coast Town Center and the Bell Tower Shops. Beach lovers will enjoy the community's proximity to beaches at Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island. In addition, easy access to I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport make for easy travel by car and air.
Other Activities: Paseo is only 5 miles away from JetBlue Park at Fenway South, the Spring Training home of the Boston Red Sox, and 5 miles away from Hammond Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins. There are hundreds of public & private golf courses nearby for the golf enthusiast.
Paseo Community
A Village Center functions as the social and activity hub for Paseo. The exercise portion consists of a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center as well as an aerobics room/dance studio often utilized for group fitness classes. The Fitness Center gym features treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights and 14 weight machine stations. Fun outdoor activity options include tennis, basketball, bocce and volleyball.
Residents do not even have to leave the community for dining and entertainment. For casual dining, The Paseo Pub serves up sports along with its pub-style fare. For fine dining, The Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere. In addition, the center includes an old-fashioned ice cream shop, an Internet cafe and a coffee shop. A 90-seat village movie theater gives residents a private, on-site venue to enjoy the best or newest releases without having to fight crowds. All are priced very reasonable. The village center also has its own library, business center and mail center.
Luxury Spa And Caribbean Resort Pool: Overlooking Paseo’s resort-style pool, the Spa offers a full menu of spa services, including hand therapy, foot therapy, waxing, facial therapy and massage therapy, as well as scrubs and wraps, all in beautifully-decorated rooms. You may schedule manicures, pedicures, a variety of facials and six different kinds of massages, including one poolside amid the calming sounds of the pool's waterfalls.
The pool complex is like those found at a Caribbean resort. It sits on a peninsular lakefront site surrounded on three sides by water. The free-form pool includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes as well as a poolside gazebo (the 'Tiki Bar'), which serves a lunch menu and tropical drinks. Adjacent to the main pool is a large whirlpool, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground. The richly landscaped sundeck offers custom-designed furnishings and a large semi-circle of seven authentic Old Florida Chickee Huts with wooden decks to provide shade.
A full-time activity director keeps the social calendar full and organized. Residents can also join a variety of social clubs. These include pickleball, scrabble group, Mah Jongg, tennis, golf group, meditation classes and a book club.

I rented Scott and Barb's townhouse for Jan & Feb. The unit is just as described and very well equipped for cooking, having guests, and outdoor activities. They answered my questions in a timely manner whenever I contacted them. The unit became home for me and felt welcoming. Paseo is a great gated community with a wide variety of activities and amenities. The people I met were very friendly. This townhouse is within easy walking distance of the pool complex and town center. It is a great community to walk in as the plant life and water views are beautiful. Another benefit I really liked is there are sidewalks everywhere so walking is delightful. I enjoyed my time at Paseo immensely. It was a good fit for me and the guests that came to visit me.
Our family spent a wonderful time at this home August 2015. From the time of booking our stay through the last day on premise, the owners worked with us to make certain our stay was great. The property is beautiful and wonderfully equipped. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips in a newly constructed townhouse. Paseo is a beautiful "resort-like" development with a large pool and Tiki Bar, separate lap pool and children's pool, full gym, dining, ice cream parlor, movie theater and concierge service. This is a gated community with security and is very quiet and private. The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property is close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and beaches. There are many places to explore. We love the Ft. Myers area and will be back!
My family and I (two adults/two teenagers) have just finished our amazing vacation at this Paseo rental. It was everything we could have asked for in a home. The property is immaculate with all of the latest amenities to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the designer kitchen, the generously-sized bedrooms and the upgraded bathrooms. The state-of-the-art electronics, WIFI and sound system were an amazing bonus to the property. Plenty of relaxing living space for us to spread out and then great games/cards for us to play together. The property is centrally located in the complex within easy walking (or biking-2 in the garage) distance to the beautiful pool, clubhouse, fitness areas. I even enjoyed a fitness class at the gym - no charge! And I can't even describe how much I love that pool. There was plenty to do in and around the home as well as plenty of areas to just sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It honestly felt like home for us - had everything we could have asked for. Any questions we posed to the homeowners were answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be coming back....and have already booked our return flights! Enjoy! We have rented many times in the Paseo community. This condo is by far the best we have rented. We found this house to be just as the photos show. It is new, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. It even has a brand new Webber gas grill in the garage, and two new bicycles. We loved the spacious two stall garage. It is nicely furnished. The electronics and technology are first rate with speedy internet, large TVs throughout the house, and a wonderful sound system that streams music into the house. The Paseo community has a resort feel to it. The developer has done a great job with landscaping. There is a HUGE first rate community pool area, an ice cream shop, a library, and computer room. Plus it has a Publix and many restaurants close by. The owners were very helpful, answered any questions we had, and best of all, responded quickly to my communications.
