Look no further. This home is the perfect getaway for your group with all of the conveniences you need to have a great time! With lots of space inside and lots to do outside, you won't want to leave! The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in beds and could accommodate up to 13. The house is 3 levels consisting of an attached 2 car garage on the top, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level and the kitchen, living room, 4th bedroom, bathroom and laundry room on the main level. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook including pots, pans, dishes, spices, sugar, flour, etc.
Outside boasts lots of decking both up at the house and down by the water. Enjoy both covered and uncovered portions of the upper deck for drinking morning coffee, eating meals and just relaxing, all with a beautiful view of the lake. Waterfront decking includes one area with lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning and another area for hanging by the dock. Also outside enjoy a fire pit & a dock with a swim platform. This house is in an excellent cove, which is behind the Hawaiian Island, and is perfect for swimming out in front of the dock for hours.
With so much to do so close to this property, there is something for everyone! Very close marinas offer boat and jet ski rental. There is a close boat ramp if you have your own boat. There is also a water taxi service if you'd like someone else to do the driving. Many restaurants and water front bars located within a short 3 mile boat ride, or within a few miles to the lake Ozark strip. The cove offers excellent fishing locations! Other nearby activities, just to name a few, include para-sailing, helicopter rides, hiking, golf and water parks. For the shoppers, there are more than enough outlet and antique stores within 15 minutes by car to keep you busy for a long time!

Why This Property?
We chose this property for two main reasons:
First, having both lived and run a business in this area, we knew exactly where on the lake we wanted to be- between mile marker 2 and 4 on the lake. The house is in an incredibly convenient for anything you could want to do while at the Lake of the Ozarks. We chose this property for two main reasons:
First, having both lived and run a business in this area, we knew exactly where on the lake we wanted to be- between mile marker 2 and 4 on the lake. The house is in an incredibly convenient for anything you could want to do while at the Lake of the Ozarks. Within a 10 minute drive there is access to numerous bars, restaurants, marinas, malls, arcades, grocery stores, and more. Further, this location provides numerous options for visiting bars and restaurants by water as well.
Second, the house itself has a lot to offer. We did do quite a bit of renovation right away, and we continue with projects in the off-season in order to eventually get everything renovated. There is a large two car garage and lots of parking options for larger groups, compared to other houses in the area. The amount of decking outside to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the lake view topped it off. Three of the four bedrooms offer private balconies as well.

As for the house itself, certainly being located right on the water is a major perk. We also like that the house offers covered outside and there seems to be plenty of space for everyone.
Also, there is a Lake Ozark public boat ramp just 4.5 miles away by land and 2 miles by water, making it convenient for guests who have their own boat. There's a boat rental place just a few hundred yards down
