Fix dinner and enjoy the cloth napkins and tablecloths, with all the utensils, pots and pans, needed to fix a gourmet meal or just a casual dinner. Do not let traveling keep you from that charcoal steak and baked potato. Whether it is less formal and more casual or eating outside that is desired, you can use the placemats and plastic dishes and glasses for outdoors or for the relaxed supper inside. For the toddlers there is age appropriate silverware and dishes, a highchair and pack'n'play with sheets.

If you bring the pets, they have their own fenced yard, away from other pets, and a doggy door for their and your convenience, pet beds according to their size, steps, toys, dishes, auto waterier, and towels.

Watch extended cable in the bedroom and the living room. The HD 50' large screen TV in the living room has an HD DVD with an assortment of DVDs to choose from. There is, "On Demand" and a DVR for recording and viewing later. There is extended cable including Encore Movie Channel, Versus Sports and Disney, and all Premium Channels, ie: HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc.

After your whirlpool, dinner or movie, there are 650-1000 count sheets to help you drift off to sleep on the dial your comfort, dual remote, airbed in the queen bedroom with Temp-Per-Pedic, foam and down pillows and twin Temp-Per-Pedic mattresses in the twin bedroom. Duvets, comforters, quilts, bedspreads, shams, and several different type of pillows complete the bed ensembles for a restful and wonderfully comfortable sleep. For the twin bedrooms nothing under 250-600 count sheets are provided. Extra bedding for both rooms are supplied. Extra pillows are also used in the twins, duvets, comforters, quilts, shams and for the little ones and mommies peace of mind, there is vinyl mattress protection.

If relaxing with a book is more to your liking, there are numerous books in the living bookcase to choose from for your reading get away.

Need to email work or home? Need to look up some information, map an address, find a movie theater? You have a secured wireless network with broadband for speed. If you need to a place to work each side of the duplex has a work desk for your laptop or tablet.

Situated on a corner lot you can walk to the grocery store, 2 churches, several beauty parlors, the post office, pharmacy, medical office, spa or treatment centers, all kind of fast food, sit down restaurants and service stations. You are only a few blocks to Hamilton Place, the largest mall in Tennessee. If discount shopping is what you want, you are 20 minutes away from Dalton, Ga., where there is an outlet mall or go downtown Chattanooga to Warehouse Row. Both offer great prices. There is a new Earth Fare Grocery on Gunbarrel Road or a gourmet and organic, high end grocery both only 2 minutes away.

If you have come to Chattanooga to work at the new Volkswagen or Amazon construction you are 10 minutes from the construction sites. TVA outage employees you are 25 minutes from Sequoyah. 15 minutes from the TVA downtown office. The Roundhouse, Trade Center, AT&T Park, or the Chattanooga Market, all downtown Chattanooga are only 15 minutes away, as is Warner Park and the Zoo.
