With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to comfortably sleep 6 – lounge around the pool, grill, enjoy some lawn games, and relax by the fire pit.
The Details
The main living area flows between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Original wood ceilings add warmth and charm. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs with a gas stove, quiet dishwasher, Keurig, spices, and modern cooking appliances. The dining area easily seats 6 and has sliding glass doors that open right into the backyard. The living room has a couch that folds down into an extra bed and comfy wing-backed chairs – perfect for enjoying a book or your morning coffee. Mix up a cocktail or discover a board game in the large bar and relax in front of the gas fire with original hearth and mantel.
The main living area has double sliding glass doors that open onto a sprawling resort-style backyard. Breathtaking mountain views cover the skyline from the pool, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and daybed. The large kidney-bean shaped pool is perfect for a refreshing swim or poolside lounging. A heated spa sooths away any tension or muscle pains from daytime hikes around the valley. Dining al fresco is easy in the outdoor dining area and is the perfect accompaniment when grilling at the integrated gas grill. During the daytime the manicured grass is great for lawn games. In the evening, wrap up in one of the many ponchos or blankets and sit by the outdoor fire pit. A built-in daybed is the spot for sunbathing or stargazing in the peace and quiet under spectacular blue or star-studded skies.
After a day of lounging in the backyard, the comfortable beds and amenities inside make you feel right at home. Each of the 3 private bedrooms has a spacious closet, though there’s also a new washer and dryer.
The en-suite master bedroom has an upgraded queen-size memory foam mattress and flat screen TV. Access from the master to the daybed and pool make for the perfect morning or evening dip or stargazing hideout. The master bathroom has an updated shower and bidet and spa-like toiletries are provided in both bathrooms.
The second bedroom also has a queen-size memory foam mattress and a reading nook with a library of modern and classic books to browse or enjoy by the pool.
The third bedroom has 2 twin daybeds and accents of nearby Joshua Tree. This bedroom can also be a den for watching your favorite sports or Netflix films on the 50” TV.
Garage parking for 1 car is available to keep your car cool in the summer months. The garage also houses pool floaties, lawn games, and cruiser bikes for daytime fun.

4. No glitter or confetti is allowed on the property.
5.The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
