Our year round rate is 400 per night 450 for holidays and please call about the week before the Sturgis Rally, and Rally dates themselves.

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Please contact the owner asap as far a any cancelations.
House Rules
We ask that you take care of our home, and put everything back as you found it, all dishes must be washed and back in the cupboard when you leave. All garbage must be in bags and placed in the out side garbage receptacles.
