John and I are living the dream! we purchased our home in March 2016. It was set up as an upstairs downstairs duplex with separate entrances but needed some work. So we moved in (had to, 3 blocks from the beach hello!) started renovating/updating the upstairs so we could rent it and let friends and family have a place to stay as well. Why This Property?
John and I purchased this property in March of 2016, we live downstairs and spent the first year updating/renovating the upstairs to make it a guest rental. We love being 3 blocks to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to the Village! Guests will enjoy the quiet neighborhood feel and being just 3 blocks to the beach, bring your bike or rent one and leave your car parked all weekend. We are close to restaurants and shopping! You will love that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the deck upstairs and feel the nice breeze!

Relaxing Getaway in a Perfect Location
Date of Stay: February 22nd , 2025

We had such an amazing time at this lovely rental! The walk to the beach was easy, the deck a peaceful hang out spot, and the atmosphere exactly what was needed. We'll be back for sure!
