We have lived in Santa Barbara for 35+ years. We are available to help guide you as to the best restaurants, entertainment, parks, beaches, wineries, and places to see. If you need to plan a wedding, party, or event, we are happy to recommend services to assist you.We are on the property but in completely separate quarters and will only be available if you have questions or need something. You probably will not see us unless you choose to.
When possible we will be on-site to greet you to give you a tour and answer and questions upon your arrival.
Guests have access to entire House, front and back yards, entertainment deck area with high end barbecue grill and pergola on deck.
Street parking available in front of house.Very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Close to park, beaches, local bus transportation (1 blk), local restaurants and organic/ regular grocery stores. Only 3 blocks away, within walking distance to all. The Mesa beach community in Santa Barbara where we reside is known as a JEWEL and very popular destination.
