Located in Kings Crown, a smaller 54 unit complex that provides a quiet and relaxing, yet family friendly, environment on the west side of the island, this newly renovated (summer 2012) condo includes:
• a glass-enclosed lanai with stackable sliders to let in the fresh air and the gentle sound of crashing waves
• a beautiful sitting room for rest and relaxation, complete with a gorgeous Gulf view
• an open design kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops
• bathrooms with new cabinets, granite countertops, ADA toilets, and grab bars in the showers
• New carpeting with complementing tile floor, and all new furniture throughout
• wireless access, printer, cable, 3 flat panel TVs (46” in the family room) and a Blu Ray player
• furnished beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach and pool toys, and tennis racquets

This condo was perfect in so many ways!! We are a family of 6, and two of them happened to be toddler boys. I was concerned we wouldn't have enough things for them to do so we could ALL enjoy Sanibel! Todd and family had a wonderful storage closet full of items to use at the beach and pool, even had a couple children's DVD's, so accommodating! The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, well decorated and furnished! Met all of our needs! Location couldn't get any better. So close to all of the stores, and just a few steps to beach! Thanks again Todd and family, we will return!
Beautiful beach and beautiful condo! This is our second year back to this condo-last year it was gorgeous and super clean. The owners made even more updates and the condo looks even better and gives much more room for families staying there! There is closet under unit full of toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and tennis equipment-didn't have to bring any beach gear with us! Owners are super responsive and helpful. Condo is steps to beach and pool. Perfect for families or even a romantic getaway!! You can't go wrong with this condo!!
We've rented quite a few vacation homes and condos and this was by far one of the best. The decor was tasteful and updated, the beds are very comfortable, the lanai is big and you can feel the ocean breeze from it. The owners have beach chairs, umbrellas and various beach goodies available to use. The kitchen was complete with everything you'd need. The facility in general is great. The pool is actually heated, the best/most comfortable condo/hotel pool I've been in. The location is perfect, just close enough to ride beach cruisers to every store and restaurant but just far enough away for peace and quiet. The owners are very nice and available should you need anything before or even during your stay. We already booked this condo again for our next stay!
As you can tell from the many reviews, this condo is an exceptional find. We have been coming to Sanibel for many years (it is a little bit of paradise). This was our first stay at Todd & Mary's condo and it won't be our last! It is very comfortable ( the lanai rocker was a favorite of mine). I could sit and watch the beach and read. We ate all of our meals on the lanai and saw porpoise every day. What a treat! Also, an eagle has taken up residence somewhere on the island and we spotted him several times. The kitchen is spacious and has all the updated appliances you need and then some - I really liked the keurig and slow cooker (which is great if you wish to spend time on the beach). Both bathrooms are beautiful and quite large. There is plenty of storage throughout the condo. Each of the bedrooms have walk-in closets. By the way, the beds are very comfortable - something my husband & I truly appreciate. I also like the small enclosed entrance-way for taking off shoes. The grounds are well-maintained - beautiful pool, tennis courts, and path to beach. The garage is large and clean and garbage area is convenient and nicely hidden. There are elevators and carts available for carrying your belongings to condo. There is lots to do on Sanibel as already mentioned by other reviewers - shelling is our favorite. Oh, and I love GW at Jerry's! There are plenty of restaurants and shopping on the island and Sanibel Outlets are just across the causeway bridge. What more could you ask for?! I can't wait for next year when we can return and once again relax and enjoy this condo and the island.
An amazing place to stay at if you are looking for a getaway. You do not feel crowded like you do in a hotel room. There is room for your family to spread out. It also very much has an 'at home' atmosphere, which definitely makes you feel more relaxed. I find this not to be the case with a normal hotel room. The condo is right on the ocean. You walk out of the condo complex and you are on the beach. We went on the off-season so there were not that many people around, however the condo was far enough away from the public beach entrance that it was not crowded. They also had beach chairs, nets, umbrellas, etc. for us to use. Todd, the owner, was constantly in touch to make sure that we found everything we needed as well as having fun! He was quick to respond every single time. He will also answer any questions you might have about his place or the island. He gave us some wonderful recommendations of restaurants and things to do before we arrived. My family and I definitely would like to go again. On the island, there is tons of shopping. There is also a huge nature park to explore. We rented some kayaks and went out on the bay. There are multiple boat tours where we saw some manatees and dolphins. You can go to the northern island and rent jet skis as well as boats. Everything is wonderfully updated in the condo. I personally adored the bathrooms. I do recommend renting a car if you wish to explore the island other then using the beach. You can also drive down to the Everglades for a day visit. There are locations from an hour away to 3 hours away depending on what you wish to see or tours you would like to attend. I highly recommend the visit and staying at Todd's place.
