Why This Property?
House of the Sun has a reputation of being very well managed and it is. The building is beautifully maintained and looks brand new. We have a heated pool and tennis courts, both right on the beach and we have a great game room off of the pool, too. Reserved parking is under the building, and you car is always cool.
Unique Benefits
House of the Sun has a gas grill grilling station, beach chairs on our section of the beach for your use, and the location is wonderful. Everything you could possibly want is right across the street. Grocery, shops, ice cream, restaurants, pharmacy, all are across the street. Some of the best spots on Siesta Key are a block away and you don't need to drive to enjoy.
