Our family's Alpine Meadows Condo is the perfect spot to enjoy all the Lake Tahoe has to offer-year round!
We're less than 5 miles from the slopes of Alpine Meadows & Squaw Valley USA. There's even a free shuttle that runs between the 2 resorts. Plus...the same lift ticket works for each resort.

The views from our deck are amazing - the Sierras in the day & the stars at night!
We've remodeled the condo plus there's a brand new pellet stove fireplace in the living room.
We also have a Weber Gas BBQ on our deck!
Here's the floor plan of the house:
1st level: the front door is at ground level and covered by the second story deck. There's also a small garage that has room for skis, snowboards, sleds, kayaks, bikes, etc (but no cars).
2nd Story:
this is the main living space with a great room - kitchen, living & dining room, plus a bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a queen and another bedroom with a bunk bed -(twin on top, queen bottom plus a twin mattress that can be pulled out from under the bunk bed.
The 3rd story:
Master Bedroom with King Bed, bathroom with tub/shower combo. There's also a full size futon sofa that's in a nook in the master bedroom but not in view of the king size bed.
