Paradise~Steps from beach/ocean views!
The condo was updated with Keyless entry, luxury vinyl plank flooring (no more carpet!), lanai flooring, new king bed, new queen sofabed with 6 inch mattress, Air Conditioner, Hawaiian dining set, portable Bluetooth stereo, beach chairs, Flat screen TV's in living room (UHD Smart TV) and bedroom. Wi-Fi works great, also works from the pool, queen pull out sofabed with new separate mattress pad, ceiling fans and free parking!
Large lanai (balcony) with partial ocean view and pull down metal screens to keep the sun and heat out of unit on those extra hot days.
You can hear the ocean waves from the unit, no road noise... There are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and 2 different size coolers for your excursions to the beach and around the island!
Kitchen: Fridge w/ice maker (which works amazingly!) microwave, full size stove, newer washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, blender, food processor, rice cooker, BBQ tools, beautiful cabinetry, fully stocked and tidy! Lots of fluffly new towels.
Bathroom has a nice shower, no tub.
Bedroom: new king bed, new linens. This unit is suitable for 2, 4 maximum.
We provide our guests with suggestions on sights to see, restaurants, luau's, discount links/coupons, and more! Many of the best restaurants are walkable from our condo, and most within 5 minutes!
Watch the whales from the rooftop or catch the amazing sunsets! Better yet, grab your camera, beach chairs, cooler and go enjoy the sunset on the beach! The sun sets between 5:30 and 7:30 pm year round! Maui has more miles of swimmable beaches than any other island in Hawaii. From the jet-black sands of Wai‘anapanapa to the sugary sands of Kihei, a day at the beach is an integral part of the classic Maui experience.
For more than one reason, the Island of Maui is consistently rated the Best Island in the world!!Not only do the visitors and happy locals of Maui know this, but so do the humpback whales. Year after year, humpback whales travel from cool Alaskan waters all the way to warm Hawaiian oceans for their annual winter breeding. They are first spotted in Maui’s waters as early as October and their presence gradually increases as more pods and escorts finally arrive in Hawaii just in time for the holiday season. Maui’s Whale Season runs from mid-Fall to April. The peak season for watching whales is generally during the latter part of the season; January, February and March.

We met Lynn and Andrew in Dec 2017 when they became the new owners of the condo and they let us check out their new place, we decided right then we would like to rent from them when they listed. This wonderfully clean, comfortable condo is an awesome place to stay in Kihei, this beautiful 1 bdrm, 1 bath condo is everything you need for a great get away. It has a wonderful lanai to sit and enjoy the breakfast, lunch or dinner. It over looks the refreshing pool and a partial view of the ocean. The bedroom has a comfy bed but also offers an option of a foamy if you feel you need something a little softer. Plenty of storage for your clothes in the closet and dressers. The kitchen has everything you need from lots of pots n pans, dishes and utensils so you can fill the dishwasher and still have a dish to eat off of. You can make yourself a wonderful meal or you can use the BBQ’s upstairs on the top floor, which has a wonderful view of Kamaole Beach 1 and the sunsets were so beautiful, if you look in the opposite directions you can see Haleakala. We enjoyed many nights sitting having a beverage and talking with the other guests. It is very close to many restaurants, shops and 300 yards to Kamaole 1 and 3 other beaches within walking distance. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Thanks to Lynn and Andrew.
What aI will for sure stay in this condo again! The condo itself has everything you need, is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The building is nice as well, the pool and rooftop patio are great! The location of the condo is perfect... it's a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei, and is walking distance to everything else you might need during your stay. Thank you for the recommendations while we stayed there, I found them very helpful. I have already recommended this condo to friends, and will continue to recommend to everyone I know!! wonderful condo in an amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Lynn’s place! What an amazing location! We were just across the road from the beach! All of the supplies provided were much appreciated for our beach excursions! The condo itself was clean and in a safe location. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We watched a few sunsets from the lanai. Great place to stay! Definitely will be booking again in the future! Thanks for a great getaway spot!
We spent 5 days in this condo and found it to be very well equipped, clean and with everything we needed. The location was great too, for exploring other places in Maui. We were across the street from 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Overall it is a quiet place yet close to restaurants and stores to walk to. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! This is an awesome place and highly recommended.
We had an amazing week on Maui, staying at this condo. It is very well situated and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time on the island (chairs, coolers, boogie boards...) Andrew and Lynn are very responsive hosts. Mahalo for everything. We’ll be back.
