Our place is situated on the edge of town, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Super Store and many fast food locations, 5-10 minutes from Safeway and all sorts of sit down restaurants plus Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day!
* The photos of the lake are taken from the lake, there are no houses on the lake, Lake Powell is in Glen Canyon Recreational Area and no homes are built there.*
In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:
* 5-10 minutes to various options in Page: SUP, rafting, canyon tours, etc.

About Adria
Matt & Adria seek solace from the cloudy Pacific Northwest winters by spending the spring and falls in their recently established home away from home, in Page, Arizona. Matt first fell in love with this area on his inaugural trip to Lake Powell in 1974 with his parents, and has continued to travel here over the years with his wife, three daughters and dogs as often as they can.

Why This Property?
We love the way this house is close to town- it only takes 5-10 minutes to get anywhere in town, and yet, the setting is on the edge of town, looking out from the courtyard you see the Mesa, Honey Draw, the Vermillion Clliffs and miles of undeveloped land. It's a great place to ride ATVs, walk our dogs off leash, and just feel the peace of looking into the distance with no buildings!

The property is entirely fenced so our dogs can safely go anywhere, and yours can, too.
It's a great vacation home for us and it will be for you too.
Lake Powell is an amazing place, wonderful sights, wonderful boating!
