2 families - 4 adults & 5 kids. We fit perfectly and the teenagers had some space. The kids loved the house pool and we al loved the encore water park. Take note that you need to purchase TP, soap and a few house hold items since the house provides the first time use but then you’ll need more- or bring them w you. Shampoo, body wash etc. rooms are nice and big and kitchen was great too. Make sure you plan a water park day - it was fun.
This was our first time at this property and it was the first time my whole family had gone on vacation together. We had 7 adults and 3 children. We had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed eating inside and outside. The pool was great for or little girls. The resort pool and restaurant were also nice amenities. We were very close to the Disney parks, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will look to visit again.
Three families came together to spend a week together in this fantastic house. It worked perfectly for each family, the layout is just right, each room is spacious, and the whole house is perfectly appointed. Squeaky clean, great location, and prompt and helpful communication. The club amenities are super and the shuttle to the parks worked great. Absolutely no complaints!
We did not want to leave!!! The property was beautiful! Great space for the families that we came with so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other (there were 11 of us). The adults and kids alike enjoyed the amenities there (game room and pool). The property staff were friendly and helpful and the owner was very timely in responding to initial questions about the property. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient and the female morning driver was funny. We ordered food from the restaurant at the clubhouse when we first got there and they delivered a delicious meal to our home. We will be back.
