Our home comfortably accommodates ten (10) people and this is the maximum number of guests allowed in our home including children. We do not have sofa sleepers, nor do we allow sleeping on floors with air mattresses or sleeping bags.
No smoking on premises is allowed.
No animals allowed.
No one allowed to sign rental contract under the age of 25.

Today, we are proud of our four generations that scan the ages from 6 -80 & our on-going love affair with the NC coast and Holden Beach, NC continues. One of the best places on Holden beach. They say second row but I would consider it on the beach. Walk is directly across the street. Views are unobstructed from windows and porch. 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths give great privacy and suite like atmosphere. Large bedrooms with plenty of living space give everyone room to spread out . Went with my family son, daughter and their spouses, And daughter in laws parents and grandparents. Fun group time with privacy if you wanted it. The owner has done an excellent job with amenities...nothing lacking. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for all age groups Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. We enjoyed it so much. We had a wonderful time here at Holden Beach ... the weather was sunny and warm with a refreshing breeze....so relaxing! Our children had such a great time swimming, bogie boarding, collecting sea shells, playing in the sans, and fishing !!!! We hope to come back next year!!

We had a great experience The Cs by the Sea. The house was amazing! Perfect for the five couples that got together for a last summer adventure. It was really close to the beach which was perfect. We spent alot of time on the front porch rocking in the rocking class! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.

This was the absolutely perfect place for us to stay! The owners were extremely helpful and generous from the beginning to end. You can tell this was someone's home-the attention to detail is exquisite. Each bedroom has plenty of room and is decorated to a tee. It was so awesome that each bedroom upstairs had it's own spacious bathroom. We came to have a wedding on the beach(my youngest son) and everything was just perfect, including the weather. The kitchen space was wonderful for baking and cooking for the reception-well stocked. We all truly hope we will be able to come back sometime when we can just kick back on the awesome porch in the rocking chairs and enjoy the beach more. We would highly recommend this house to everyone-you will NOT be disappointed. Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
