I chose to buy this home due to its convenience, beauty, and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Its located just 25 minutes from the Sarasota airport, and is walking distance of many shoreline restaurants and amenities on Gulf Drive. Excellent Condo, Excellent Experience!
Date of Stay: May 20th , 2017

This property was exactly what we expected based on the description and photos. It was clean, well- maintained, and equipped with all of the essentials for our stay. The owner was very responsive to all of our inquiries and checked on us soon after our arrival. The condo's location and amenities suited us perfectly during our trip to the island. We highly recommend this property to all.
