The sea front villa was fully renovated in 2015 and combines modern comfort with a unique historic decor and high class finishing.
The renovation included; All new luxury double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with a real 5-star-feel, plus we have re-installed our popular 12 person outdoor “water lounge” with power water jets, situated on the ground floor terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean.
Formerly owned by Universal Pictures the villa was the refuge for people like Alfred Hitchcock, Errol Flynn, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grand, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, James Stewart, and Leslie Caron, and two American presidents; Ronald Reagan and Dwight Eisenhower, to name but a few.
The villa has a total of 800m2 on two levels and an additional 500m2 roof terrace with 180 degrees sea views. The villa has direct access to a secluded beach and the plot that it sits on is 3200m2. Casa Blanca is one of the few properties on the island to have its own private disco room with sound system, CD mixers, lighting chill out cave!
Large communal areas, seating for plenty in the dining room and lots more outside. The impressive 20m cocktail bar (which is fitted with fridges to keep your drinks cool) provides uninterrupted 180º sea-views. Large day beds and plenty of sun loungers ensure you are able to relax and enjoy your time in Ibiza next to a great pool.

Situated 12km from Ibiza town or 5 minutes drive north of the lovely port of Santa Eulalia del Rio, a town with a yachting harbour and is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches on the island. In Santa Eulalia you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and can enjoy walks by the sea along the promenade. There are many restaurants to choose from, providing for all tastes & budgets.
Right at the front gate of the villa you find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and fun activities. The famous Nikki Beach exclusive bar/restaurant is within walking distance along a picturesque coastal path
Should you wish to really spoil yourselves we can recommend services such as private chef's, facials, massages, taxi's, drivers etc. Just ask!
Depending on availability we can get extra rooms in the hotel located at the entrance of the villa for larger groups or for your wedding guests.
Please note that in High Season, from June till end of September, this villa is only available for rent for a minimum stay of 7 days with a change over day on Saturday.
