This property was purchased in 1972
Why This Property?
The cottage was built for me by my Godfather for my high school graduation. It was updated and remodeled in the early 1990's. I grew up in Muskegon and this area has always been my "centering place". I know that anyone staying here will experience the same effect. Most renters over the years have continued to come back, leaving approximately 2-3 weeks open to rent each year. Some tenants have

I know that anyone staying here will experience the same effect. Most renters over the years have continued to come back, leaving approximately 2-3 weeks open to rent each year. Some tenants have been renting with me since 2000.

The cottage has a cozy feel, with special features such as wall murals painted by my daughter and me, when she was an early teen. Walks on the beach can go on as long as you have the endurance.
