* No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
* No linens are lost or damaged.
* NO early check-in or late checkout (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the condo owners).
* Park pass is left inside the unit upon departure.
* The renter is not evicted or fined by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the building management company or the security company employed by the building managers.
Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental amount or $200 (whichever is the greater). In this case the condo owners will attempt to fill the cancelled rental period with another paying guest. If such a guest is found then the cancellation fee will be returned in full.

In this case the condo owners will attempt to fill the cancelled rental period with another paying guest. If such a guest is found then the cancellation fee will be returned in full.
Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date do not warrant any refund of rent. This also applies to an early departure after checking in. In this case the condo owners will attempt to fill the cancelled rental period with another paying guest. If such a guest is found then the full rental payment will be returned with no cancellation fee deducted.
The cleaning fee and damage deposit (if already paid) will be returned in full within (14) days of notice of cancellation regardless of when the cancellation was made.

SKIS/SNOWBOARDS IN UNIT- Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the unit. There is a storage locker in the underground parking that is available to store your equipment in. The code for the lock will be in your welcome package.
SHARED HOT TUB โ No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
INTERNET โ Internet service is provided on a complimentary and best-efforts basis. 100% availability is not guaranteed.
DRYING CLOTHING โ Canmore Crossing has strict by-laws regarding the hanging of clothing on the balcony. No clothing should be hung out to dry at any time; please use the dryer provided in the condo.
GYM โ Communal gym is used at own risk. Any damage to equipment will be deducted from damage deposit.
UNATTENDED UNIT - Upon leaving the condo, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the fireplace, the over / stove, lights or other appliances that could create damage if left unattended. Guests are also obligated to ensure all doors and windows are closed and secured.
