Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
if we are able to rebook your stay, we will refund 80%.

Why This Property?
i bought the 70 acres with its hills and woods to build a retreat center for folks to get away and reconnect and enjoy nature.
Unique Benefits
there are no visible neighbors. the deer and birds and stone fences are plentiful. trails are well marked. there is a special spot to sit in the woods with a lovely view that we call whimsical meditation corner. the meadow has a fieldstone labyrinth harvested from the property.
