The villa is located in Medveja, in the northern part of Croatia.

It is located 1 km from the Medveja beach, about one kilometer long, covered with pebbles and ideal for those who love landscapes surrounded by nature. Medveja is also a very equipped beach, with all the facilities. The bottom becomes deep gradually, allowing you to walk for some time with very low water: an ideal solution for children.

The town of Medveja offers numerous bars, pizzerias and restaurants, while Opatija (9 km) is the most popular resort on this stretch of coast, with luxury hotels, first-class restaurants and surprising small taverns.
