Easy beach access directly across the street, with a controlled crosswalk. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and toys are included in unit. A convenient, outdoor shower is on site to rinse off the salt/sand when you return from the beach. Tennis racquets (2), tennis balls, fishing pole, and swimming pool toys, are also available for your enjoyment.
On site amenities include Air Conditioning, FREE WI-FI and domestic and Canadian calling, under-building assigned parking as well as guest parking, laundry on 4th floor (machines take credit cards for your convenience), beautiful lit tennis courts, heated waterside pool and hot tub, fitness center, shuffleboard court and putting green. Very quiet unit. No neighbors above and none on one side. Bldg. is far enough off Gulf Blvd. to make sleeping a dream.
Rental has a well equipped kitchen, large dining table, and access to an outdoor grilling area with tiki hut and seating.
If you'd rather not cook, head out for a convenient walk to the famous Salt Rock Grill, Original Pizza, Indian Shores Coffee and more!
The Indian Shores area has miles of separate, dedicated bicycle and pedestrian lanes for safe exploring and exercise, and multiple bike rental shops from which to choose.

We are a family of 5. 2 out of college and 1 still in. We live in PA but come to our condo at the beach many times a year to enjoy it as well as to keep it updated and sparkly clean. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do!

Why This Property?
We love the beach and finally decided to buy a second home. Indian Shores is close to everything but far enough that the crowds aren't a concern. We fell in love with this condo for 2 reasons: 1) THE VIEWS and 2) the 3 min walk to the beach!
