We really love the neighborhood, its safe and quite, you will fall in love!

The value of what you are getting for your money cant be beaten by any hotel or vacation home in the whole área considering the quality vs price. You need to experience the laid back athmosphere in the property, by the pool or in patio, I also use to have a hammock which I used by the playground under fruit threes, you just lay in the hammock and watch your kids play. The house is 3/2 with private heated saltwaterpool, garden, playground and gym.

Welcome to West Palm Beach!!! West Palm Beach was rated in top 20 as one of the best walkable cities in US. The atmosphere is unique and the property is conveniently located close to the most amenities city has to offer.

The house is kids friendly and guests with disabilities will feel comfortable too, there is no steps in the whole house since its a 1 story home. There is a HEATED SALTWATER POOL at no extra charge with sunbeds, chairs, toys. Also I have pool alarm and patio door alarm installed for those who travells with kids. Full office equipment, high speed internet and WIFI is available at the property so you can work while on vacation. TProperty located on a 10 000sqf lot with a garden which have different fruit threes (Avocado, mango, orange, lemon, soursop, ackee etc). There is also private playground, double garage, free phone (US only), TV Package from X-finity, 1800sqf of space and tiles throughout the whole house. THE HOUSE IS 3/2, has its own laundry in the garage, dining room, living room, family room, screened patio and SALTWATER HEATED POOL. There is 1 master bedroom with walk inn closet, master bath with a tube, King size bed. 1st guest room with a big window, queen size bed and a closet. 2nd guestroom is a room with own HD TV, DVD, blueray player. In Florida room (Family Room) there is a futon which transforms to a nice and comfortable queensize bed. 5 minute walk to a local park, and a lake. 10 min walk to a local walhgreens and plaza. 15 minute walk to a train station ( Mangonia trirail station ) which can take you to Miami international airport. 10 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach and 10 to the beach. The house is located in one of the SAFEST neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, and have an ADT security installed.
