About Arthur Livermore
The Livermore family has been coming to the beach at Falcon Cove since the 1950's. We built the house in 1967 and have had many wonderful family gatherings in the beach house.
Why This Property?
The Falcon Heights area was first developed by several Reed College people. Dr Arthur and Janet Livermore bought the land in the 1950's
Unique Benefits
The view from the beach house is fantastic. You can see the beach 100 feet below and Tillamook Head, Haystack Rock, and Cape Falcon.
