About Michael Bostwick
We have been Kamaole Sands vacationers for over 25 years. We rented different condos in the complex over that time, and came to the conclusion that Building 3, and particularly the ground floor was the most desirable location in the complex. Our condo is slightly elevated, and twenty meters from the pool gate. Most convenient!
Why This Property?
See Above! When a condo finally became available on the ground floor of building three, We had to have it! The 15 acre property was built around 1985. The developers could have put another whole row of condos right up the middle but thankfully landscaped it into a rich tropical garden with fountains and lawns.
Unique Benefits
Our condo in South Kihei is right across the street from the nicest biggest beach park in town. Kamaole III Beach Park has everything. Acres of grass to watch sunsets or fly a kite. Restrooms, three outside shower areas, kids play area with swings, barbeque grills, picnic tables, large shade trees, and life guards on the beach. Snorkel and see the sea turtles right there! Wonderful Stay @ 3-105

We spent 18 glorious nights in Kihei as guests of Mike & Cathy. Everything including the ocean view was perfect, renovated with new king bed and dishwasher. Kitchen staples were more than expected and appreciated. Absolutely everything we could have needed was provided. Walking distance to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We just completed our stay at this condo and we're very pleased with this condo. It is very conveniently located and appointed with lovely amenities. You could not possibly want for anything in the kitchen. It is completely stocked with ANY utensil you need and we were most appreciative and impressed. The locker is filled with lots of toys and water gear which we put to good use. MICHAEL, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!
