Please note: YOU CANNOT SEE THE RIVER FROM THE HOUSE. Due to the flood plain in the area, all houses along this side of the river are built back from the river's edge. There is a large yard in between the house and river and you cannot see the water from where the house is. We leave the canoes down by the river's edge so that you don't have to carry them back and forth.
We are convenient to: Shenandoah River, Luray Caverns, Skyline drive, Skyline Caverns, George Washington National Forest, Shenandoah National Park, Bass Fishing, Trout Fishing, Wildlife Observation, Antiquing, Summer Swimming, Horseback Riding, Sightseeing, 18 Hole Golf Course, Hunting, Canoeing and Tubing.
