The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements
Deposit of 50% of stay due within 7 days of initial booking. Final payment + refundable deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. If booking made 30 days or less from check-in, 100% + refundable deposit due with in 3 days. Deposit will be refunded within 3 days of departure if no damage.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Consideration will be made if new booking is made.
