There are only 3 oceanfront buildings at the Papakea. The “F” building is the only one that is away from the parking lots. OUR F BUILDING OCEANFRONT CONDO OFFERS:
• Extensively remodeled kitchen – fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
• Prime location – giving you easy access to two pools and hot tubs at the resort
• Front row seats for whale watching during whale season! More coastline views from F building
• Away from the parking lots (unlike building A)
• Walking distance to the oceanfront boardwalk that goes all the way Blackrock
• Flat screen TV
• Dock for your iPod/iPhone (AUX cable also provided)
• Beach chairs and small cooler for your beach outings
• Washer/dryer
• Comfortable queen bed
Papakea Resort is a unique property unlike any other property. The resort is famous for being the least dense resort on the west side of maui - with 11 low-rise buildings on 13 acres. It has a wide open, uncrowded feel, koi ponds, lush tropical landscaping, pools & spas, 2-18 hole putting greens and grassy sunning areas. You will truly feel relaxed here.
We pride ourselves in keeping our guests informed as to any unusual activity at Papakea Resort. We have been informed of an emergency repair on the seawall in front of the Papakea Resort. There will be some intermittent noise, but our current guests are not finding it to be excessive. The views are not impacted on our floor as the work is taking place on the ground floor level. The seawall in front of our "F" building is scheduled to be impacted starting September 1 and will Continue until November 4th. We have adjusted our rates to accommodate for any inconvenience. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekend work unless there is authorization from the condo management.

Why This Property?
The Papakea is special because of the expansive property that the condos are located on. There are lush gardens and koi ponds. There is also a grassy area between the ocean and buildings that is nice for grabbing a lounge chair and reading a book. The Papakea resort is a unique property that is unmatched.

Unique Benefits
When we visited Maui we always stayed in Oceanfront units. We wanted the same for our guests. We have seen Whales from the lanai and its exciting every time we see a whale come out of the water. Staying at the Papakea all day is a treat in itself because of the serene tranquility.

This condo has become my place for rest and relaxation for two years now. Julie and Greg remodeled it beautifully, it has everything you need, it's clean, and Julie responds quickly to questions or concerns. The unit is so peaceful. The direct view and sound of the ocean makes me forget there are other people around. Waking up in the morning, all you see is the ocean and Molokai right from your bed. The sunsets are spectacular, and while sitting on the balcony, I've seen a family of turtles swimming by. I like Papakea because it is the least dense populated resort on that side of Maui. I often have a pool and hot tub all to myself. With the beach and farmer's market/healthfood store within walking distance, you need no more than a bicycle for comfort and speed. Of course, the condo is a perfect spot to launch your adventures on Maui, but if you like the amenities of a resort and you're looking for quiet time, this is THE place to unwind and rejuvenate.
