Why This Property?
We bought this property because of the location and the cozy but spacious layout of the house. There was no pool but we liked the idea to build it by ourselves with our ideas and as big as we liked.

Casa Cozy Island is a beautiful place to call home away from home. The view from the huge pool deck offers spectacular sunrise. You are welcome to bring your boat or rent one. Casa Cozy Island has it's own boat deck on a wide canal with direct access to the gulf of Mexico.

Casa Cozy Island My wife and I stayed at Casa Cozy Island for the month of January 2016, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from the back window looking across the pool and down the canal was beautiful. There is a heated pool inside of a screened enclosure and a wonderful lanai with table and chairs to entertain guests. There is a comfortable patio set and several lounge chairs to stretch out and enjoy the sun. The month we stayed the weather did not cooperate as we had record rainfall amounts and temperatures well below average. Only used the pool one time but it was very nice. The house is very comfortable and was well presented. With the bad weather we experienced we enjoyed the large screen tv to occupy our time. The kitchen had nice appliances, and was stocked with the essentials. There were plenty of towels and bedding, and a washer and dryer to wash our clothes. The location of the house was very convenient, as it was midway between the Cape Coral Blvd, and Midway bridges into Fort Myers. There are plenty of Resturants and shopping to choose from in the area and the location is convenient to points north and south of Cape Coral. The owners are VERY friendly and respond quickly to any requests. We would definitely stay here again ! Thank You, Fred

Schon beim Hereinkommen ins Casa Cosy Island merkten wir, dass dieses Haus nicht war, wie die "üblichen" Ferienhäuser! Man hatte eher das Gefühl nach Hause zu kommen. Liebevoll ausgesuchte Dekorationen in und ums Haus gaben einem das Gefühl, dass hier jemand ganz für seine Gäste sorgen will. Das Haus war nicht leer oder nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Nein, es war alles vorhanden: ein ganzer Schrank voller Frotteewäsche, Schubladen voller Prospekte und Pläne, genügend Bettwäsche, Ventilatoren, Bücher, Einkaufstaschen, eine wunderbare und üppige Terrassenmöblierung, Pool-Spielzeug, grosser Grill, eine Garage voller dies und das, Waschküche, Strand-Sonnenschirme, Kühlboxen und, und, und. Mit offenem Mund standen wir auch in der Küche. Es war einfach alles da: viel Geschirr, Schubladen voller Küchenwerkzeuge, Kleinmaterial, Folien, Gewürze, Tücher und Lappen, Putzmaterial, Servietten, Nespresso-Maschine UND ein riesiges Food-Center mit Eiswürfelauswurf (unsere Jungs waren beeindruckt :-)....), es fehlte einfach nichts! Die Küche war so gut eingerichtet, dass wir in der ganzen Woche nur einmal im Restaurant assen. Es war herrlich im Haus zu kochen und zu grillieren und dann auf der herrlichen und riesengrossen Terrasse am Pool zu essen. Die vielen Kleinigkeiten, genügend Platz, der wundervolle Poolbereich und die gute Lage des Hauses, das alles gab uns das Gefühl, dass wir es nicht besser hätten treffen können! Vielen Dank Familie Dänzer für die familiäre Betreuung und euer Engagement! Es war GREAT!
