Why This Property?

Location, location, location. It really is all about the location. Easy walk to downtown and the boardwalk. Hardly have to get in the car...we never run out of things to do or see. We spend less time traveling and more quality time enjoying family and the beach!

Unique Benefits

We love the quaintness of Rehoboth and so enjoy the convenient location to downtown and everything the area has to offer! We especially appreciate that Rehoboth is a smaller resort town that is very family and children friendly. Many activities are within walking distance or a very short drive away. Family of 8 stayed here and never felt overcrowded. It is a very spacious, clean and well kept home. The owner does a great job with keeping the home stocked, so much that we only needed a beach towel, our clothing and personal hygiene items. The home is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

This increasingly popular home has a truly fantastic location with Rehoboth Avenue practically right out side your front door. For those who appreciate location and the comforts of home you need look no further. Family friendly and lavishly upgraded with travertine floors on first floor, hardwoods on second, granite in kitchen and all baths, 9 foot ceilings, new power flush toilets, custom wood blinds and plantation shutters, fireplace, gas cooking, separate beverage refrigerator, upgraded stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer and tankless water heater. All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided at no additional charge. Organics, recycled, energy efficient and green materials used wherever possible.

Comfort abounds in this three level home offering three bedrooms and loft accommodating up to 10 people. Three full and one half bath.

First floor features beautiful travertine floors, powder room and large, spacious great room with fireplace, new built in wall unit with reclaimed wood and wall mounted TV and DVD player. Large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite island, tile backsplash, upgraded stainless steel appliances, gas stove and built-in bench with custom made farmhouse table. Outside patio area off the kitchen with patio table, chairs and umbrella along with a gas grill for grilling.

Master bedroom features a gorgeous king size bed, tray ceiling with gorgeous knotty pine, 55 in TV with DVD player, hardwood floors, plantation shutters and a master bath to die for which includes a huge tile shower with two showerheads, handicap equipped, double vanity with granite and separate water closet.

Two more bedrooms with hardwood floors and new comfortable bamboo mattresses. One with queen size bed and patio doors to lovely outside porch overlooking the pool and another BR next door with two twin beds. Hall bath features double granite sinks, handicap equipped and tile shower.

Third floor is a large cozy loft with four twin beds, 47 in wall mounted TV, gaming outlet and full bath with granite sink and tile shower.

Easy walk to downtown, the beach (8 blks/20 min walk), restaurants, playground, farmers’ market, bike/walking paths, scooter/bicycle rental and the boardwalk. Less than 5 minutes to Tanger outlets; golf course and Jungle Jim’s waterpark. Miniature golf, movies and other activities within 10-15 minute drive.
