Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The outside shower is actually inside under the house and it is essentially a third full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower).
The kitchen is stocked with most everything that you would need. There are several board games but it's a crap shoot if all pieces are there. We try to weed them out in the spring. Same goes for the bikes and outdoor toys.

Deposit Requirements
$200 deposit required to hold the dates. Full rental payment is due no less than 30 days prior. If you do not pay, you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You must cancel at least 30 days prior to receive a full refund. This goes for hurricanes, also. You can purchase trip insurance for less than $50.
House Rules
List is on the fridge and you will get a copy with your agreement. The agreement uploaded is for reference. It will be customized for your stay.

Why This Property?
After visiting the Outer Banks in the eighties, we decided that this was one place that just spoke to us. After several years of planning/saving, we purchased our perfect beach house here. There is so much history, nature and outdoor activities that make the Outer Banks so special. Come join us in our love and appreciation of OBX.
Unique Benefits
At our cottage, we are in the midst of everything. Restaurants are within walking distance. The grocery store is just across the highway. Even the movie theater is only short stroll away. By far, the best part is the short walk to the beach access at First Street. Also, our street is only about 50/50 rentals/non-rentals. This means it's quiet and family-oriented and a great place to relax.
