This handicap friendly home is the perfect space to take in all the Outer Banks has to offer. Enjoy your meals from the custom farm table while looking out through a wall of windows toward the ocean. The modern European kitchen boasts plenty of space and a bar height counter for additional seating.
Each room has a wall mounted flat screen tv and is designed to maximize your senses to the Ocean. Rainy day or too hot? No problem, enjoy the outdoors from the decked out, open-air lanai. A large tiki bar is calling to be utilized for your anytime happy hour. There is a ¾ bathroom outside and plenty of space for all your favorite games.
Enjoy some of the best fishing in the Outer Banks as the Rodanthe pier is just 1 minute away with direct access from our back yard.No fishing license is required on the pier.
The brand new concrete driveway offers abundant parking space and allows for a clean transition from the beach to your vacation home.
This classic beach cottage has plenty of space for the whole family. The bedrooms include: Master: King Bed and giant custom bath that is handicap friendly; Bedroom 2: Queen; Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle. Full towel and linen service provided. Any ocean activities can be arranged or equipment provided for a fee; surf lessons, SUP lessons, kayaks, etc.
Need a little help getting into the house? Please utilize our ground level handicap 48" ramp with the best views anywhere! If you can not or choose not to use stairs then this house is for you. Our local ocean rescue team can even be contacted to arrange your transport directly to the beach.

We spent the first week of April in this wonderful home, and the house was everything we expected and more. This place was super clean and there was nothing missing that you need to experience a worry free vacation. Everything was as described and the location is tough to beat. The owners obviously pay a lot of attention to details, from the interior of the house all the way to a perfect communication before and during the stay. Service at its best- most definitely recommend this place! Tami- we wish you guys best of luck with finishing your next project, and this place is definitely on our list for another vacation.
It's the second time we stayed in Aloha and I would not hesitate to stay there again. It's lovely, comfortable and clean. Very well kept. The owners are very nice and accomodating. They had a bottle of wine and heart shaped box of chocolates waiting for us on the counter when we got there. It was very thoughtful and welcoming. Perfect since it was Valentine's Day weekend. The house is second from the beach, but closer than most oceanfront homes we've stayed in. There's a comfy swing in a nice big patio under the house and a very convenient outdoor full bath. Nice bonus, it doubles your living space. I was pleasantly surprised how much I used that space considering it already has a good size deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. It's hard to find a dog friendly house that is updated and clean. This one is. If you're looking to stay in a nice, clean, comfortable, updated house that is close to the beach then you've found it.
The Aloha House was the perfect spot for a fall getaway! My husband, son, pup, and I loved it so much we stayed an extra night. This rental was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, especially in the kitchen, and the master bed was so comfy! We really enjoyed being just a few steps from the beach. Thanks so much Tami, we hope to be back!
Having 3 dogs makes it difficult for my husband and I to find a decent place to stay. I usually put all the dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans through the dishwasher before I use them, then spray and wipe the place down with Lysol as soon as we walk through the door, but I didn't feel the need to do it with Aloha House. Not all of it anyway ( : maybe the toilette seat, but that's just my OCD, LOL. Aloha House is beautiful and very clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. If you need a pretty, comfortable, clean and dog friendly place, you have found it with Aloha House. Highly recommended, first choice for our many future visits.
The Aloha House was great. It was excellent for our annual girl's trip. The location right by the beach was awesome -- both for beach access and for the amazing views. The house had everything we needed but no clutter. And the way the house is decorated is perfect -- a modern beach cottage with a vintage vibe. It was also extremely clean -- possibly the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Tami was wonderful to deal with -- very helpful and responsive. You won't go wrong if you rent the Aloha House!!
